On Sunday, November 1, The Assumption College Honors Program inducted 79 new members from the Class of 2019 before an audience of administrators, faculty and families. The Honors Program at Assumption College is a demanding, intensive curriculum that seeks to challenge each student to achieve his or her full potential within a supportive community of peers. Regardless of major, the Honors Program empowers students to challenge themselves and explore their passion with similarly motivated students. Students inducted into the Program are encouraged to select courses and projects that reflect their individual interests and to connect their classroom studies with experiences in the community.

Each academic term, Holyoke Community College recognizes superior scholarship through the Dean's List. A student is placed on the Dean's List if his or her G.P.A. is 3.2 or higher. These students have earned Dean's List honors for the Fall 2015 term.

To qualify for the Dean's List, students must have a semester grade point average of 3.50 or better and must have completed successfully all courses for which they were registered.

Led by Head Coach Signe Linville and Assistant Coaches KC Shepherd and Stevan Kohnowich, the team is comprised of 19 student-athletes, including five first-years, four sophomores, four juniors and six seniors.

American International College in Springfield, MA has named 461 students to the Spring 2015 Dean's List. Dean's List students are full-time students with a grade point average between 3.3 and 4.0.

Husson University is pleased to announce the Spring 2015 President's List. Students who earn President's List honors must carry at least 12 graded credit hours during the semester and earn a grade point average of between 3.80 to 4.0 during the period.

The following students have been named to Dean's List at Western New England for the Spring semester of 2015. Students are named to the Dean's List for achieving a semester grade point average of 3.30 or higher.

The University of Hartford is pleased to announce the following local students have been named to the Dean's List for Spring 2015.

To qualify for the Dean's List, students must have a semester grade point average of 3.50 or better and must have completed successfully all courses for which they were registered.

Assumption College's 98th Commencement ceremony was held on May 16 on the campus's H.L. Rocheleau Field, where 455 Bachelor of Arts degrees; 195 graduate studies degrees (Master of Arts and Master of Business Administration) and certificates; and 41 Continuing and Career Education degrees (Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Business Administration, Bachelor of Science, and associates) were awarded.

75 students presented the results of long-term academic projects at Assumption College's recent Undergraduate Symposium on April 20-21. The Undergraduate Symposium is a celebration of student research and creative work in the arts, humanities, and sciences.

Each Spring, Holyoke Community College recognizes students with honors and awards for outstanding achievement and performance in a wide array of academic areas and extracurricular pursuits. These students have received awards for the 2014-2015 academic year and were honored at a ceremony the evening of May 28 in HCC's Leslie Phillips Theater. Congratulations!

Approximately 2,125 students have made the Fall 2014 Dean's List for academic achievement at Coastal Carolina University.

This semester, a total of 144 Stonehill students are studying abroad during the Spring 2015 semester in locations throughout the world. Recently named one of the top study abroad institutions in the nation by the Institute of International Education, Stonehill has more than 200 study abroad programs in 35 countries which students can choose from.

American International College in Springfield, MA has named 448 students to the Fall 2014 Dean's List. Dean's List students are full-time students with a grade point average between 3.3 and 4.0.

Each fall, Holyoke Community College recognizes the academic excellence of students who have achieved a 3.5 cumulative grade point average, or higher, after completing a minimum of 30 semester hours of work at HCC. These students are invited to join the international honor society Phi Theta Kappa and are recognized at Convocation. Congratulations to them for all their hard work!
